I ordered dresses from this company. The quality was horrible. Very poor workmanship. It was so bad I wouldn't even donate them. I returned the items. MONTHS went by and they would not refund. They kept telling me to be patient. I still do not have my refund.'=

This company is a scam. Clothes are nothing like those pictured. Returns are impossible. Don't waste your money.

I ordered to dresses for a summer party. I didn't wait long for them but they were awful. Terrible material and nothing like the pictures

Took over 3 weeks to get the order. I ordered many tops for summer. I have never seen such poorly made clothing in my life. All the shirts are made of some type of silky fabric. The buttons are the cheapest buttons I've ever seen. 2 of the tops I bought, snagged the 1st time I wore them. Even the t-shirt I bought is made of same tacky material. They look nothing like they do in advertisements.

I ordered jeans I thought were sexy and when I received them they were even sexier than pictured! Delivery was fast too!

My order was late getting to me. I paid alot for the clothes an shoes I ordered. I was so shocked when I saw the clothes and shoes. They look nothing like what I ordered I ordered by the size chart way to large are way to small. Very disappointed! The material is cheap knit polyester material. The shoes are cheaply made and to small. Would send them back but I hear it is a hassle and alot of red tape to go through. Never order from Airdress again.

Utterly crap clothes. No two garments were the same size. Clothes didn't look like the pictures, just cheap knock off from China. Returns are a nightmare, when you finally get an answer from them your offered a partial refund. Stay well away. I never got my refund. They owe me over sixty pounds

I have complained a few weeks ago, because the material of the dress I ordered was not to my liking and not to my standard and I needed to send it back.
reading some of the reviews caused me to doubt the firm would react to my request and refund me, but they did.
The customer service wrote me a letter that they did not want to lose me as a customer and would help me get a full refund.
I had all ready sent the package and did not answer the letter... but even so two days ago I received a full refund on my pay pall account.
so in my book they did very well.

Poor after care trying to get in touch, chat just passes you on no help.
Previously ordered and lots wrong with order. I have since been contacted by the company and got my money back I am happy it’s all been resolved

The only complaint is that ir took almost 3 weeks to arrive. All the items are just like the photos, the fabrics are good, I'm very pleased. I'll certainly order again.
